I am working on a Sales Representative opportunity in Philadelphia, PA metro based territory for a very reputable Dental organization.
You will be selling primarily to General Dentists & some Specialists in primarily a prospecting type of sale.

-$60,000-$65.000 Base Salary (DOE) + Commission & Comprehensive Benefits Plan - $130,000-$140,000. 1st year earning potential. $160,000> year #2.
Experieince Desired:
-BA/BS Degree - Activities/Leadership through college. NCAA sports.
-1st Choice: Dental Sales experience (Restorative; Implants/Bio-materials; Equipment); (1A)Medical Sales Experience - ideally, office based.
-2nd choice: Business-to-Business sales from a Fortune 1000 organization or a firm with a strong sales training program.
-Year-over-Year sales success in terms of quota attainment; Top 10%-15% sales rankings; Rookie of the Year; President's Club Awards; Promotions.
-A "Hunter Mentality"; Team Oriented; Reslient; $$$ motivated.
-Stable - Ideally, 2 positions in 5 years.
