About the Role : We are hiring a top-level Mortgage Processor to join our team. Here is what we are looking for:

Responsibilities :

• Review loan applications and ensure all required documents are accurate and complete.
• Verify employment, income, credit history, and other financial information of loan applicants.
• Order Title Preliminary Reports, Escrow, and Appraisals.
• Communicate effectively with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to obtain missing or additional documentation as needed.
• Prepare loan files and submit completed packages to underwriting for approval.
• Maintain current knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain and organize the loan pipeline to ensure timely progress through workflows and compliance, ensuring accurate reporting for effective pipeline management.
• Follow up timely with applicant and Mortgage Loan Officers to clear Conditional Loan Approval conditions.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Processor or in a similar role within the mortgage industry.
• Familiarity with loan processing software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
