Office Manager - The Heartbeat of Red Oak

Location: Oakland (Montclair Village), Full Time

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations across four offices , managing a three-person team and ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
• Oversee accounts payable and assist the Finance Director with vendor billing and record organization.
• Troubleshoot tech issues, streamline systems, and think creatively to keep things efficient and modern.
• Support agents and leadership with logistics, scheduling, and special projects.
• Organize Red Oak community events — work with our Director of Culture and Events to help organize events from movie nights and client gatherings to team celebrations and spirited meetings.
• Keep each space spotless, welcoming, and infused with East Bay charm.

What You Bring

• Experience in operations, facilities, office management, or hospitality , ideally in real estate
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A knack for tech and process improvement
• Financial awareness and organizational finesse
• A proactive, can-do attitude — with humor and heart

• Compensation range: $67,000 - $70,000 depending on experience, plus benefits
• Medical, basic dental and vision insurance, and up to $50K in life insurance
• 2 weeks PTO, and sick time (60-day probationary period)
• Minimum of 10 paid holidays
• Employee 401k plan with discretionary matching (60-day probationary period)
