As an Outside Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for prospecting and building relationships with business owners and CEOs, managing the entire sales cycle, and collaborating with design and operations teams to deliver high-quality, customized signage solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, selling to business owners, C-suite executives, and small to mid-sized businesses (B2B).
• 5+ years of total sales experience, including inside sales, sales coordination, or related roles.
◦ Experience managing the full sales cycle, post-sale account management, and light project coordination.
• Proven hunter mentality – driven to prospect, close, and build a pipeline.
• Ability to sell services to local business owners and decision-makers.
• High level of professionalism and polish in client interactions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass a drug test and have a clean driving record.
Role Highlights:
💰 Base Salary: $60K-$75K + 4% commission + BONUS | OTE 100k – 140k +
