Title: Packaging Engineer

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Packaging Engineer for our medical device client to lead the design and validation of packaging systems. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with ISO 11607 standards, design control processes, packaging stability studies, and ASTM testing protocols. This role will also include the development and validation of secondary packaging solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, validate, and optimize packaging systems, with an emphasis on rigid tray solutions for both sterile and non-sterile medical devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Quality, Regulatory) to ensure packaging solutions meet user needs, functional specifications, and regulatory standards.
Develop and validate secondary packaging solutions (e.g., cartons, labels, inserts) to complement primary packaging and support distribution and marketing objectives.
Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in packaging engineering, specifically in the medical device industry.
Solid understanding of ISO 11607, ASTM testing protocols, and packaging validation processes.
Experience in both primary and secondary packaging design for medical devices.
