Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Part-Time HR Generalist to join their client's team in Minnesota. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in human resources who is looking to work part-time hours. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Provide support for recruitment processes, including posting job openings and conducting initial screenings.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees.
• Support employee relations activities, addressing concerns and facilitating communication between staff and management.
• Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
• Compile and analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management as needed.
• Contribute to the development of HR best practices and initiatives to enhance the workplace environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous experience in a human resources role is required.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, part-time hours with a flexible schedule to be discussed during the interview process.

Benefits

The position offers competitive pay ranging from $25 to $40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits and perks will be discussed during the interview process.
