Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Location: Beaverton, Oregon

Hours: 8am-5pm

Compensation: $30-33 per hour

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a client of ours in Beaverton, Oregon that is looking for a Payroll Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site, Temp to Hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will need to have at least 3+ years of payroll processing for at least 400+ employees. In this role, you will:

• Execute bi-weekly payroll for approximately 400+ employees
• Monitor employee pay rates and hours to ensure accuracy
• Calculate the payroll variance each week
• Multiple payrolls
• Payroll journal entries

To be a fit, you must have:

• 3+ years of payroll processing
• Ability to multitask
• ADP software is a plus
• Strong communication
