🕒 Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

🌐 Bilingual (Spanish) Required

Pride Health is seeking a Phlebotomist I to support our client’s leading medical facility in Fort Myers, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top-tier healthcare organization with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role!

Job Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures for patients of all ages
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
• Label specimens accurately and complete all required documentation
• Follow proper procedures for waived testing and EKGs
• Apply electrodes and monitor patients during EKGs to ensure quality tracings
• Prepare and verify specimen manifests for transportation
• Adhere to specimen handling and transport protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience
• Must have strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric draws
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be flexible to cover weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
• Reliable transportation is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be bilingual in Spanish
