Job Description

Position Title:  Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Reports To:  Medical Director

FLSA Status : Exempt

Job Type: Full-time

Position Summary: 2 positions available - The Advanced Practitioner is responsible for providing primary care to CVIM patients seen at our clinics, including our main clinic in West Chester and our microsites in West Grove and Coatesville. One of the Advanced Practitioners is a Manager role and will have oversite for our microsites. The manager position will provide direct patient care in addition to microsite oversight

Major Responsibilities :

• Provides primary care to patients during clinical hours, including one evening/week, with specific emphasis on chronic disease management and well woman care.
• Provides same day urgent care as needed.
• Reviews and manages patient records, study results, and outside consults.
• Supervises the Microsite RN/MA.
• Assists the Medical Director with administrative tasks and program development as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current license to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as authorized by the State Board of PA (CRNP or PA-C).
• Demonstrated qualities of leadership, and integrity.
• Preferred recent or current experience with underserved populations.
• Computer proficiency and experience with electronic medical records required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable as a team builder and leader.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in a community health clinic setting preferred.
• Spanish proficiency required.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
