SUMMARY 

To serve the vision of Rock City Church by overseeing building and grounds maintenance at the Broadcast campus. Ensure that the facility is clean and maintained according to Rock City Church policy and procedures and meets the Rock City level of excellence. 

GENERAL DUTIES 

• Oversees ground maintenance and mowing, ensures the grounds are kept neat and well-manicured 
• Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly 
• Oversees and supervises quality of work from contractors and volunteers 
• Coducts and documents regular site inspections with the Facilities Project Manager 
• Checks completed work by vendors and contractors 
• Communicates workplace safety to employees and volunteers 
• Assists with all fire, safety drills, and inspections as needed 
• Attends to emergencies as needed 
• Builds and oversees facility volunteer teams 
• Coordinates facility project nights 
• Ensures volunteer coverage on Sundays during services 
• Works with the campus team for event preparations 
• Responsible for on-call duties 
• Works with other campuses completing projects and work orders as needed 
• Works with other campuses for prepping events 
• Helps develop other team members and any future Campus Facilities Staff 
• Prioritize your responsibilities, tasks, and projects 
• Other duties as assigned

• Commercial building and grounds maintenance 
• Proper cleaning and sanitizing knowledge 
• Effective time management 
• Ability to navigate multiple projects 
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
