Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Phoenix, AZ, for a Political Affairs Director. The Political Affairs Director will engage in tasks such as developing and executing political strategies, maintaining strong legislative and governmental relations, and managing communication efforts. The role also involves leading grassroots organizing initiatives, supporting advocacy campaigns, and liaising with public officials and industry stakeholders to advance the interests of the real estate sector.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Political Strategy, Campaigns, and developing effective advocacy initiatives.
  • Experience in Legislative Relations and a strong understanding of policy-making processes at the local levels.
  • Proficiency in Grassroots Organizing and fostering community engagement in support of political initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience working within or with professional trade associations or real estate organizations is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is highly encouraged.
