Are you passionate about improving the customer experience? Are you excited about influencing the payment experience of millions of customers worldwide by leveraging customer insights and data analysis?

The Payment Acceptance and Experience (PAE) Marketing team is looking for an analytical, strategic, and customer-focused product marketing manager to join our team. This person will join the Go-to-Market (GTM) team and directly work on putting customers at the forefront of PAE and Amazon Payments decisions, as we aim to enable new and existing shoppers anywhere in the world to pay, on and off Amazon, using their preferred payment method seamlessly.

This person will define product marketing strategy, customer experience requirements, and implement marketing campaigns and features. The role requires an individual with a passion for consumer behavior, excellent analytical abilities, and strong business acumen and product marketing expertise. This person will need to influence cross-functional and cross-org stakeholders, and use data to make key strategic business decisions that drive value for customers globally. The successful candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, be strategic to prioritize opportunities and assess tradeoffs, and be motivated by a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Key job responsibilities
This role will support GTM for product marketing initiatives that improve customers' paying experience on Amazon. The person will:
- Support and implement the marketing strategy to drive conversions
- Identify new marketing channels, experiment, establish financial sustainability, and scale them to increase outreach to customers
- Use data to assess and communicate marketing results vs. expectations, and forecast business impact
- Partner with Customer Insights and UX teams to identify customer experience defects and opportunities across the payment experience on Amazon
- Think of novel ideas, deep dive and drive product ideas and solutions to improve the customer paying journey
- Show thought leadership and drive alignment with cross-functional teams like Finance, Product, Tech, on marketing plans and new product ideas to improve customer experience
- Craft effective communication and executive writing to drive business decisions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
