The Production & Traffic Manager oversees the flow of all agency projects, ensuring deadlines are met and workloads are balanced. As the central communication hub, the Production & Traffic Manager aligns departments on priorities and deadlines, monitors timelines, and coordinates with external vendors. This role involves managing project schedules, assigning tasks, and publishing priority reports to keep teams informed. The Production & Traffic Manager also conducts quality control, ensuring all materials are reviewed, approved, and documented, while managing review schedules and proofreading deliverables for accuracy.

Additionally, the Production & Traffic Manager collaborates with various departments to manage project workflows and contributes to marketing initiatives, including content creation as needed. Administrative duties include maintaining project archives, assisting with project closeout and billing, and supporting account executives with client activities. This position is essential to the smooth operation of our agency, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Strong organizational, communication, and content creation skills are valuable assets for the Production & Traffic Manager .

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Minimum three years of experience in project/traffic management, preferably in an agency or marketing setting
  • Proficiency in project management tools (NetSuite experience a plus)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with design programs (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) beneficial

Work Schedule:

As a Production & Traffic Manager you can expect to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. A valid driver's license is required as some travel may be expected.
