Job Title: Production Coordinator

Location: Torrance

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Rate: $24.94 per hour

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and organized Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the workflow by supporting file organization, billing, and contract management. You will assist producers, photographers, editors, videographers, and art directors to help ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and cataloging our existing prop library, branded apparel, and wardrobe, along with coordinating and purchasing additional items as needed.

How You Will Contribute:

• Manage asset media including preparation, mastering, archiving, and trafficking.
• Collaborate with producers, project managers, and asset managers to organize and ingest raw media assets, ensuring accurate metadata input within our digital asset management system.
• Follow company file naming conventions and taxonomy with meticulous attention to detail.
• Stay updated on file-based technologies, including various formats and codecs.
• Monitor creative marketing and social media trends within healthy active lifestyle brands.
• Coordinate with Producers, Resource Managers, and Project Managers to align schedules and budgets.
• Execute basic edits as required using our in-house systems, primarily Adobe Premiere Pro CC.
• Assist producers with vendor sourcing, booking, contract processing, billing, and any pre-production or onsite support as needed.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro CC (media management, encoding, and basic editing).

Experience Required:

• 1-2 years of experience as a photo/video production assistant or in a similar role.
