Project Manager - Capital Equipment Projects

*Direct Hire Role with excellent benefits, 410k, PTO, annual bonus, etc.

Summary:

We’re looking for a Project Manager with a background managing engineering and manufacturing projects involving capital equipment and systems. As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project execution, including commercial and administrative requirements.
• Lead and coordinate engineering, design, and fabrication activities to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
• Review and interpret project specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, scheduling, and change management processes.
• Provide technical support and resolve project challenges.
• Develop and approve material requisitions and vendor selections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Engineering preferred, with a Master’s (M.S. or M.A.) as a plus.
• *Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience.
• Strong background in industrial fabrication, construction, or engineering disciplines.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, B31, AISC, ASTM, AWS, and OSHA.
• Experience in cryogenic gas processing or similar industries is a plus.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools like Primavera P6, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more.
• Customer-focused with excellent conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
