Position Overview: The Project Manager at Velociti Services serves as a senior liaison for high-profile clients, ensuring client satisfaction, promoting services, setting targets, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves addressing client inquiries and concerns, presenting performance reports to management, and overseeing client partnerships on a national scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain trusting, professional relationships with clients.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and account managers.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and management of all accounts.
• Supervise and support regional sales personnel.
• Oversee and manage a team of 80 to 100 associates.
• Address client complaints and queries in a timely manner.
• Promote new services and products to clients.
• Report account status updates to senior management.
• Lead presentations and proposals for national accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new sales opportunities.
• Train and manage employees and vendors to ensure compliance with client processes, procedures, and regulations.
• Develop and sustain strategic customer relationships.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Velociti Services’ departments.
• Conduct service review meetings to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform site surveys for staffing and cost evaluation.
• Maintain labor and account budgets.
• Ensure work completion aligns with contractual deliverables.
• Oversee quality control across assigned facilities.
• Promote workplace safety through onsite observations and inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience interacting with all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency in PC usage and technology tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of a client’s management structure.
• Effective team leadership and management abilities.
• Credibility and influence in decision-making processes.
• Experience in the janitorial industry preferred.
• Experience in an aviation setting is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations.
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of custodial and commercial cleaning practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
