Job Description

A luxury resort in the British Virgin Islands is seeking an experienced Property Services Director. They want someone with Island experience and a proven track record of success in the luxury resort segment. Candidates must relocate to the British Virgin Islands.

Property Services Director Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly Housing allowance

• Bonus based on KPIs

Property Services Director Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of villa and property management, ensuring that villas and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of luxury and functionality for guests and owners.
• Supervise all maintenance and subcontractor activities, including preventive maintenance, pools, general repairs, HVAC, and infrastructure management, ensuring that all facilities and systems are in optimal working condition. 
• Direct the housekeeping team to ensure all villas, common areas, and guest accommodations are cleaned and serviced to impeccable standards, meeting guest expectations at all times

Property Services Director Requirements:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in property management, facility operations, or construction management, preferably in a luxury resort or residential community. 
• Experience with budget creation and management, financial reporting, and cost control in property operations. 
• Strong knowledge of facility management systems, building maintenance practices, and housekeeping operations in a luxury setting.
