Position Overview:

The Reception Clerk is primarily responsible for maintaining the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phones, and performing other administrative tasks.

Key areas of Responsibility:

• Answers and screens phone calls.
• Greets clients, vendors and visitors, ensuring compliance with GMPs and visitor policies.
• Processes incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Files and maintains records, both paper and digital.
• Schedules and organizes meetings including luncheons.
• Orders and maintains office supply inventory.
• Organizes and maintains the reception area.
• Maintains front-end office equipment.
• Other administrative support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

• High School diploma and 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative office.
• Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be well organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; including outstanding telephone etiquette and face-to-face interaction.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
