Receptionist / Office Clerk (Part-Time)
Location: Pasadena CA
Schedule: Part-Time (Approx. 20-25 hours per week)
Pay: $20-$24/hour (DOE)
About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist / Office Clerk to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in an office environment, interacting with people, and keeping things organized.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and welcoming manner
Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
Sort and distribute mail, packages, and internal correspondence
Assist with filing, data entry, and document preparation
Schedule appointments and support general office coordination
Provide basic administrative support to different departments as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or office support experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Professional, dependable, and personable demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
