Job Description

Our client, a growing and well-established small business, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative and customer service support to the business owner and operations manager. This role will focus on handling phone communications, assisting customers, and performing basic administrative and reporting tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, delivering professional and courteous customer service.
  • Support the business owner and operations manager with administrative tasks, scheduling, and daily coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain basic reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
  • Manage and organize customer inquiries, follow-ups, and service requests.
  • Assist with data entry, order tracking, and file organization.
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members and external clients.
  • Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or equivalent software.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
