A client in Goodlettsville, TN is looking for a Recruiter to join their team for 5 months. The role requires you to work onsite 4 days a week, allowing one remote day at home. This is a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting role where you could be responsible for managing between 50–70 unique requisitions at any given time. The position involves full-cycle recruiting, including posting job requisitions, managing active candidate pipelines, and updating trackers in real time. A key focus is ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Responsibilities include generating offer letter requests, sending onboarding materials, processing new hire paperwork, and coordinating background checks. Success in this role requires strong communication and collaboration with HR generalists, fellow recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure alignment and efficiency throughout the hiring process.
