Requirements:

• Experience as an agency producer leading a team of recruiters or business developers (Trained, Mentored, Proven Success).
• Confidence in your ability to adapt to a particularly high-caliber industry
• Target-driven and self-motivated with an innate resilience
• Strong Business Developing skills and Recruiting Skills
• Ability to sell and persuade
