: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making. This role involves creating advanced dashboards, conducting data analysis, and ensuring data quality while collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to meet business requirements.
• Leverage advanced Excel functionalities (e.g., Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA) to analyze and visualize data effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through rigorous quality control and validation.
• Design and optimize data models in Power BI for efficient and effective reporting.
• Integrate data from various sources and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users for Power BI and Excel tools.
• Continuously improve BI solutions by staying updated with the latest features and best practices in Power BI and Excel.

• Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Cognos) is a plus.
