A private, concierge-style elder-support agency serving Chicago’s North Shore is seeking a thoughtful, experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee a small team of LPNs/LVNs and support high-standard care delivery. This role is ideal for an RN who values professionalism, autonomy, and meaningful client relationships—not volume-driven caseloads. This begins as a part-time, hourly position with a clear path to full-time employment with benefits as client volume grows.

Responsibilities

This role blends clinical oversight, care management, nursing supervision, and family communication.

• Provide clinical and professional oversight for LPN-led services
• Set and maintain high-touch quality standards, including training, check-ins, and field evaluations
• Guide families with calm communication and sound clinical judgment
• Balance primarily remote oversight with occasional in-person visits in the Winnetka / North Shore area
• Support the creation of refined protocols and best practices for an elevated model of elder support

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois RN license
• 3+ years of clinical experience (home health, geriatrics, or private duty preferred)
• Experience supervising LPNs, LVNs, or other clinical staff
• Polished, empathetic communicator comfortable with high-net-worth families
• Enjoys autonomy, high standards, and helping build something exceptional
