Gustav Wolf is a 140‑year‑old manufacturer of premium steel and synthetic rope. Our USA operation in Rome, GA serves elevator OEMs, distributors, construction, and specialty‑rigging markets across North America. We pair German engineering discipline with a nimble, customer‑first culture.

Position Summary

The Sales Administrator is the hub that keeps our sales engine running smoothly. You’ll support a national field sales team and the Rome production/warehouse staff—owning order flow from quote to cash, maintaining accurate data in our ERP/CRM, and making sure customers feel the Gustav Wolf level of responsiveness.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales support, inside sales, or customer‑service role in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial supplies.
• Proficiency with an ERP (SAP B1, Epicor, Oracle, or similar) and a modern CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
• Solid MS Excel skills and comfort learning new platforms.
• Strong written & verbal communication; professional phone/email etiquette.
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and able to juggle shifting priorities without dropping the ball.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; ability to be on‑site in Rome, GA five days a week.

Preferred

• Experience with elevator, wire rope, rigging, or other heavy‑industrial products.
• Familiarity with international logistics (INCOTERMS, export documents).
• German or Spanish language skills a plus.
