We are looking for a New Hire Training & Sales Development Manager to lead our
onboarding process, train new hires, and ensure they achieve their sales submission
goals. If you have a passion for coaching, a deep understanding of sales processes,
and a results-driven mindset, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Training :
Lead structured onboarding programs for new sales representatives (openers).
Teach company sales processes, CRM systems, and industry best practices.
Conduct hands-on training sessions, role-playing exercises, and script
development.
Sales Development & Performance Tracking:
Set clear submission goals for new hires and track progress.
Monitor daily activity and provide real-time coaching to improve performance.
Work closely with sales leadership to align training with company goals.
Identify skill gaps and implement tailored coaching programs.
Process Improvement & Strategy:
Continuously refine training materials to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop strategies to increase submission rates and conversion success.
Collaborate with closers to ensure openers transition successfully into high
performers.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience in sales training, sales management, or a related role (preferably
in MCA, financial services, or a high-volume sales environment).
✔ Strong coaching and leadership skills with a passion for developing talent.
✔ Ability to track and improve performance using key sales metrics.
✔ Excellent communication skills to engage and motivate a team.
✔ Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools (Zoho Crm).
✔ A results-driven mindset—you thrive on helping teams hit and exceed goals.
