Insight Global is looking for an HR Recruiter for an Oil and Gas client located in Midland, Texas. This is a hybrid role within the HR and Talent Acquisition department, with 3 days working onsite and 2 days working from home. This person will be working alongside two other recruiters in Midland and will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager in Houston, TX. This person will be responsible for all aspects of sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Skillsets that this person will be recruiting are Service Technicians, Fleet Drivers, Manufacturing plant operators, Account Manager, Plant Managers, and more, and may be responsible for 30-45 requisitions at a time. The ideal candidate should be able to actively and passively identify top high-performing talent and have an ability to attract that talent to the organization. This will be a full cycle corporate recruiting position. This will be a six month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion.
