Title: Senior Payroll Specialist
Location: Radnor, PA
Terms: Full-time (hybrid/flexible 3 days on-site/2 days remote)
Salary: $82k – $92k, bonus 10%
Overview of Position:
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be part of a small team responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of weekly and semi-monthly multi-state payrolls for over 600 union and non-union employees across 14 locations. This position will execute all aspects of the payroll function for assigned groups including maintenance of employee payroll records, compliance with relevant federal, state, and local laws, reconciliation of payroll data, and providing excellent customer service to employees. To be considered, candidates must have extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now.
