Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, excellent people skills, and the ability to manage financial data and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow a relatively inexperienced team.
• Ensure presence in the building and support operations on the floor.
• Handle customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial data using tools like Google Sheets and SAP.
• Develop and maintain relationships with both floor employees and customers.
• Address workforce challenges and ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Google Sheets, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong people skills and the ability to relate to both employees and customers.
• At least three to four years in an operations role or a higher-level role.
• Experience in the auto industry or parts background is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• Budget management and financial decision-making experience.
• Preferably a bachelor's degree, but equivalent experience may be considered.

Salary Range:

$125,000 - $135,000
