Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Social Worker for an organization dedicated to improving the well-being of individuals living with dementia and related conditions. This position is onsite in a supportive, community-driven environment on Long Island.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Social Worker will offer compassionate support and resources to individuals and families navigating Alzheimer’s and Dementia. This position involves conducting assessments, developing safety and intervention plans, and leading educational programs for caregivers. The ideal candidate will work closely with community members to ensure they have access to the necessary resources and support.
