Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience and great communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform boundary analysis for large-scale sectionalized land surveys.
• Sign and seal surveys, maps, and survey related documents.
• Perform in-process quality control of survey field activities, calculations, and preliminary project deliverables.
• Coordinate with crews and technicians to establish project responsibilities and priorities.
• Coordinate with the other discipline leads on scheduling objectives and project milestones.
• Assign daily responsibilities to survey field crews and office technicians.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Licensed as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper in the State of assignment
• 2 - 4 years progressive survey experience
• Four-year degree
• Strong technical skills, including experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D
• Experience with aerial or mobile LiDAR platforms and software highly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and experience with Microsoft Office
