Tech Lead, Product Information Management Responsibilities

• Own and drive the development of search functionalities, product listings, and detail pages, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
• Oversee configuration, extensions, and technical operations to align with business and technical requirements
• Ensure fast, accurate, and seamless user experiences by optimizing search functionality and product display
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and completeness of product hierarchy and configurations within PIM & Search platforms
• Guide and mentor engineering teams, enforce best practices, and foster a high-performance culture
• Ensure smooth integration of PIM & Search technologies with external publishing systems and business applications
• Empower teams to make delivery decisions while providing oversight and raising critical cross-functional concerns
• Lead technical projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with business objectives
• Implement best practices to safeguard data integrity and ensure regulatory compliance

Tech Lead, Product Information Management Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus)
• 5+ years of experience leading software development projects, managing technical teams, and driving digital transformation
• 3+ years of coding experience with modern web technologies and cloud-based infrastructures
• Strong understanding of PIM systems, search engines, and modern web architectures
• Hands-on experience with Informatica 360 for PIM and data management solutions
• Experience with Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless solutions
• Track record of improving search functionalities and product displays for high-performance websites
• Ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and drive results in cross-functional environments
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively
• Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders

• Understanding of best practices to maintain product information integrity
• Familiarity with data streaming and producer/consumer patterns
