💰 60 to 65 dollars per hour (W2)

Kelly Engineering is looking for a true Technical Program Manager with strong engineering, tooling, and manufacturing experience. If you love driving hardware programs, leading cross-functional teams, and owning supplier readiness from concept through launch, this role is for you.
This is not a buyer, planner, or sourcing role. This is real TPM work at the engineering and manufacturing interface.
🔧 What You Will Lead
✨ Cross-functional programs across Engineering, Ops, Quality, and Supply Chain
✨ New tooling builds, tooling qualification, and supplier onboarding
✨ Project scope, schedules, risks, and deliverables
✨ Technical reviews, issue resolution, and hands-on program execution
✨ Supplier relationships from early engagement through production readiness
✨ Program results tied to timeline, cost, throughput, and quality
✔ Must-Have Skills
• 5 to 10 years in Technical or Engineering Program Management
• Strong tooling experience (injection molding, die casting, stamping, mechanical components)
• Proven hardware or manufacturing program delivery
• Experience leading engineering, operations, and quality teams
• Strong supplier execution background
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field
⭐ Nice to Have
• NPI or product launch experience
• DFM or supplier qualification
• Experience with tooling or automation vendors
