Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UI React Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building modern, scalable web applications using ReactJS , NodeJS , and Java Spring Boot . You will be responsible for developing high-performance user interfaces and microservices that improve system usability, reliability, and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive, interactive web applications using ReactJS .
  • Build backend services and RESTful APIs using NodeJS and Java Spring Boot within a microservices architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
  • Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Participate in code reviews, system testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills

  • ReactJS – Strong expertise in building complex, reusable UI components and modern front-end architectures.
  • NodeJS – Proficient in backend development, API integrations, and server-side logic.
  • Java & Spring Boot – Solid experience developing RESTful services and microservices.
  • Strong understanding of component-based design and modern web frameworks.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • MongoDB – Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with NoSQL databases.
  • NextJS – Familiarity with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and static site generation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end and back-end development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
