Roster manages the hiring process for the top creators, and we're working with a top YouTube creator (9M subs) to search for a Full-time Video Editor.

Who The Creator Is Hiring

They're looking for a creative and energetic Video Editor to join the team and help craft purposeful, well-needed stories through editing. If you have a passion for cutting down raw footage into engaging narratives, adding your own creative flair, and working on videos that inspire millions—this is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Cut down large amounts of footage into tight, engaging edits
• Craft compelling stories with a strong sense of pacing and rhythm
• Add creative transitions and sound design to enhance storytelling
• Work closely with the team to refine edits based on feedback
• Bring your unique voice and editing style to make each video stand out

What They’re Looking For:

• Experience editing YouTube or digital content (bonus if you’ve worked in documentary, travel, or adventure content)
• Strong storytelling instincts—knowing how to pace a video and hook an audience
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality output
• Familiarity with Final Cut Pro X (After Effects & motion graphics a plus)
• Passion for adventure/travel content and similar content style

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience with short-form social edits (TikTok, Reels)
• Are comfortable working remotely with a fast-paced team
