Job Description

Irwin Naturals, a leader in premium wellness and nutritional products, is seeking a strategic and high impact VP of Operations & Finance to help scale our rapidly growing business. This role calls for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast moving environments, combines operational excellence with financial strategy, and knows how to drive performance through data and people alike.

We’re looking for a a high-caliber candidate who has proven success in the nutritional supplement industry or a similar field with a high degree of analytical rigor and emotional intelligence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a growing team of 7 to 15 employees along with multiple third-party logistics partners, contract manufacturers, and vendors.
• Oversee all core operations functions including inventory management, sourcing, planning, shipping, and customer service.
• Use financial and operational data to drive decisions that enhance profitability, efficiency, and growth.
• Partner cross-functionally to align operational execution with broader strategic and financial goals.
• Serve as a key thought partner to the executive team, influencing decisions that shape Irwin’s future growth.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in managing end-to-end operations and supply chain functions, supported by solid financial acumen.
• Demonstrated success scaling a business or function, ideally within consumer products, wellness, or nutritional supplements.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Exceptional communication and leadership presence, able to motivate teams and influence across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
