Job Description

1, Warehouse operation management

  • To ensure the efficient implementation of the daily operation of the warehouse, including the receipt of goods, warehousing, storage, picking, packaging and warehousing operations.
  • Supervise the work assignment and execution of warehouse personnel to ensure smooth and coordinated work flow. - Ensure warehouse operation complies with company regulations and standards, such as safety, quality, environment and health.
2. Inventory management
  • Manage the inventory of goods in the warehouse, including recording, updating and maintaining the accuracy of the inventory system.
  • Conduct inventory counting, identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and problems in time.
  • Coordinate inventory allocation and transfer with customer purchasing department, suppliers and customers.
3, Cross-departmental communication and coordination
  • Work closely with the logistics and transportation department to coordinate the goods in and out of the warehouse and transportation arrangements.
  • Track the shipment status to ensure the delivery of customer orders on time.
  • Handle and resolve logistics issues such as delays, losses and damage, communicate and negotiate with relevant parties.
4. Quality control
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of goods in the warehouse, implement quality inspection and control measures.
  • Manage goods quality issues, such as returns, defects and claims, and coordinate with related departments to solve them.
5. Warehouse facilities and equipment management
  • Manage the maintenance and maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure the safety and compliance of warehouse facilities.
  • Propose equipment update and improvement to improve warehouse operation efficiency.
6. Team management and development
  • Lead and manage the warehousing team, including warehouse staff and related partners.
