Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Club Volleyball Director & Coach at Dallas Elite Athletics located in Dallas, TX (University Park). The Volleyball Club Director is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and

administration of the volleyball club. This includes program development, financial oversight,

recruitment, marketing, and ensuring a positive experience for players, coaches, and families.

The director sets the club’s vision, maintains high standards of professionalism, and fosters an

environment for athletic and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Youth Development and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in budgeting
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of volleyball rules and techniques
• Previous coaching experience in club volleyball is a plus
• Previous Volleyball participation experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field is preferred
• Energetic and able to work well with children
