The Parsippany, New Jersey Office of a Pharmaceutical Company is looking for a Contracts Paralegal to join their Legal & Compliance Team. This hands-on, high-impact role offers the opportunity work on some interesting projects across the company.

Job Duties/Description:

• Draft, edit, manage contracts
• Liaise with attorneys, staff, vendors
• Compliance for all contracts, drafts, internal procedures, standard operating procedures and other relevant legal processes, and assisting with various projects, litigations, and investigations as needed

Requirements/Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Paralegal
• At least 3 years of experience handling contracts and supporting attorneys with corporate, compliance and litigation matters
• Bachelor's Degree
• Paralegal certificate - a plus
• Must be open to hybrid in Parsippany, NJ office
