Manufacturing Quality Engineer(Firearms)

• ISO CNC and precision assembly environment
• Experience with quality assurance process expertise to include QMS, quality control, documentation, audit, customer complaints, testing, validation, etc.
• 5+ years of Supplier Quality including site audits, continuous improvement, APQP, and lean problem-solving principles.
• ERP systems and implementation
• GD&T
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• ISO CNC and precision assembly environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Experience performing internal audits and audit reporting.
• 5+ years of Supplier Quality including site audits, continuous improvement, APQP and lean problem-solving principles.
• Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
• ERP systems and implementation.
• Continuous quality improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing
• GD&T
• Strong working knowledge of value driven supplier KPI and scorecard development and implementation.
• Ensure the overall quality of manufactured products
• Implementing action plans, and providing resources.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Implement quality control measures to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
• Perform quality inspections on products to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Manage quality assurance activities to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Working with internal teams to improve the quality of products for enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
• Document all technical procedures and user guides.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
