Job Title: Sales Representative - Roofing Sales

Job Compensation: $110k- $450k w/ Commission

Job Description: Three Stone is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed. As a Sales Representative at Three Stone, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships, and closing sales for our diverse range of home services. This role offers the opportunity to work in an environment where success is rewarded and growth opportunities abound. You will have a flexible schedule with autonomy to manage your own territory and appointments. This position requires grit, perseverance, a strong mental fortitude and isn’t afraid of rejection! You MUST be okay climbing roofs to do this position! 

Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, door knocking, and referrals.
2. Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
3. Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings.
4. Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. 

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the construction or home improvement industry.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results and exceed targets.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Willingness to climb roofs and perform exterior inspections as needed.

We are a local, family-owned company located in Franklin, TN with a beautiful 4000 sq/ft Class A office space right off I-65.

You are not installing roofs. We get that question frequently.

This role requires you to knock doors. It’s a D2D sales position. You won’t always knock doors, but it is necessary to keep your pipeline filled.
