【Summary】
Japanese manufacturing company in Torrance is seeking a Sales Associate/ Associate.
This role supports the international sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth operations for Central and South America sales.

We are looking for candidates who are proficient in Excel and have fast typing skills.
【Essential Duties】
Assist the sales team with order processing, data entry, and customer support.
Maintain and update sales records using Excel and internal databases.
Communicate with international clients in both English and Spanish both.
Coordinate shipments, invoices, and product availability with internal departments.
Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Handle general administrative tasks to support the sales team.
【Working Hours, Working style】
Mon.～Fri.
8:00-16:00 or 9:00-17:00 (Paid 1 hour lunch)

Qualifications
Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required ~ Native/Fluent level for both English & Spanish
Portuguese is a plus but not required
Proficiency in Excel and PC skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
Short 15 minute Excel test in 1st Interview
Experience in data entry and email administrative support preferred
Experience in Direct Import is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international sales environment
Some college education preferred
