The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites and web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.
Web Development
• HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP
• Basic understanding of GIT version control
• Basic understanding of servers, CDNs, SSL, etc.
• Email based HTML understanding a major plus
UI/UX design
• Understanding of user experience best practices
• Web based user interface design and software
• Ability to understand and apply brand guidelines (both internal and client brands) to pages
Wordpress (Advanced)
• Ability to use Wordpress beyond WYSIWYG and block editor
• Includes theme and plugin development
Graphic & Document Design
• Create sales docs, reports, one sheets, slide decks, white papers
• Software includes InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Powerpoint (depending on application)
• Event graphics, email banners, ads
