Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Apps Developer to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain advanced Power Apps solutions while driving innovation and enhancing operational efficiency. By leveraging your expertise, you will transform technology into impactful opportunities, optimize workflows, and improve agency operations.
Position Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Build and optimize custom forms, applications, and workflows to enhance operational capabilities and user experience.
• Leverage Dataverse and Power Platform capabilities, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Development, for scalable and integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver projects aligned with client objectives.
• Develop comprehensive design documentation and maintain detailed project records for ongoing updates and enhancements.
• Utilize advanced web technologies, including Power Query, HTML, and JavaScript, to enable complex functionality and seamless integrations.
• Conduct data analysis and create custom reports to support informed decision-making processes.
• Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and training for end-users to maximize solution adoption and effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as required.
Position Skills & Qualifications
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
• Strong analytical skills with a solutions-focused and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Proficiency in web technologies, such as HTML, JavaScript, and Power Query.
• Ability to write and maintain technical design documentation while communicating concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in delivering results on complex projects in collaborative environments.
