The General Manager Is The “Culture Champion” Of Their Restaurant
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Get to work on time
- Travel to other restaurants in Lakeland and Bartow.
- Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
- Lift up to 25-50 lbs.
- Bend and twist
- Frequent walking
- Wear a headset
- Use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.

Compensation:
- $15.50 to $16.50
