Responsibilities and Duties
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product adoption and brand awareness.
· Lead product launches from concept through commercialization, working closely with R&D, sales, and application teams.
· Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team as the company scales.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messaging.
· Drive demand generation, digital marketing, and content strategy.
· Represent the marketing function in executive leadership discussions and investment meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
· 8 – 10 years of progressive marketing experience in MedTech and Science , ideally with a focus on breast oncology, or related fields.
· Demonstrated success in bringing MedTech products to market , from early-stage development through commercialization.
· Experience in growth stage or mezzanine level companies is highly desirable.
· Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically managing a marketing organization with global responsibility.
· Deep understanding of regulatory environments, clinical marketing, and healthcare provider engagement.
