Warehouse Operations Lead

Location: King of Prussia, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually

Our client is a growing company in the mobile technology and logistics space. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily operations and lead a small but efficient warehouse team in King of Prussia, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Supervise and coach warehouse associates to ensure safety, productivity, and accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with purchasing and operations to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement and maintain efficient workflows and ensure compliance with internal SOPs and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline warehouse processes and improve customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using warehouse systems and tools, including Excel and inventory management software.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to leading a small team.
