Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in Minnesota. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, providing support to various departments, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet visitors and clients, creating a positive first impression of the organization.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, efficiently directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and bookkeeping.
  • Provide administrative support to different departments as required.
  • Type documents, reports, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
  • Ensure that the office environment remains organized, professional, and presentable at all times.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative or clerical position is preferred.
  • Accounts receivables experience is a plus!
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional typing skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with office management processes is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and enhancing office workflows.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 1st shift.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive hourly wage, with a pay range of $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
