We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Assistant to help our team input, update, and maintain accurate information in our databases and systems. This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and has strong attention to detail.
Enter and update data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or company systems
Verify information for accuracy and completeness
Maintain and organize digital files and records
Assist in generating simple reports or summaries as needed
Follow data entry procedures and confidentiality guidelines
Communicate with team members via email or chat for updates or clarifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree is a plus)
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop
Fully remote position (work from anywhere)
