Tax Counsel/Director – Large Publicly Traded Company
Unity Search has partnered with a Fortune 500 company that is looking for a Tax Counsel with strong corporate tax planning, research, international tax planning and M&A experience. This Tax Counsel will perform contract review, issue identification, negotiate tax provisions in contracts, treaty analysis, perform research, review new legislation and regulations, implement domestic and international tax planning and support IRS audit management.
